Paul Williams (born 19 September 1940) is an American actor and singer/songwriter. He is perhaps best known for writing popular songs such as "We've Only Just Begun", "Rainy Days and Mondays", "Evergreen", "Just an Old Fashioned Love Song" and "Rainbow Connection".
He portrayed Little Enos Burdette, the son of Big Enos Burdette, in the 1977 feature film Smokey and the Bandit and its sequels, Smokey and the Bandit II, and Smokey and the Bandit, Part 3.
