John Richard Schneider (born 8 April 1960) is an American actor and country music singer. He is best known for his television roles as Bo Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard, and Jonathan Kent in Smallville.
He played a cowboy extra in a crowd scene in the 1977 feature film, Smokey and the Bandit.
